“Getting the Business” Opens November 20 at Colonial Little Theatre

JOHNSTOWN —- Theatre Workshop, the CLT playwrights group, will present a staged reading of “Getting the Business” by Victor L. Cahn at 8 p.m. Nov. 20 and 21 at Colonial Little Theatre, 1 Colonial Court, Johnstown.

“Getting the Business, a two-act farce noir, was first produced by Theater Voices of Albany on Oct. 15-17, 2004.
An advertising executive with more on his mind than work is confronted by a vivacious young assistant with an agenda of her own.
The Johnstown cast includes Cahn as Bert and Miriam Miller as Paricia. Cahn is also the director.
“Getting the Businedss” is the second play in Colonial Little Theatre’s 2009 New Play Fsival.
