CAT TEEN TALENT SHOWCASE
Mon. Dec. 28, 6:30pm; Copake Park Bldg, Mt View Rd., Copake, NY
Teens play music, sing, dance, do tricks: they express their own unique talent in this special showcase.
Free for Youth; Suggested Donation for Adults $10
Pizza supper, and refreshments will be available.
ATTENTION TEENS:
To perform, register online at www.columbiaartsteam.org or call 518-697-0636 by Wed., Dec. 23. Include your name, age, address, phone, and if you’ll be singing, dancing, etc. There is no cost to register.
5th Annual YOUTH HOLIDAY THEATER WORKSHOP-FREE
Mon-Wed, Dec. 28, 29, & 30; 3pm-6pm; Copake Park Bldg, Mt View Rd, Copake, NY
Area youth ages 8 to12 learn performing & playwriting skills as they create and rehearse their own musical in a three-day workshop. On the last day, they perform their piece at the CAT Kids Holiday Spectacular.
This event is made possible (in part) with public funds from the Decentralization Program of the New York State Council on the Arts, administered through the Twin Counties Cultural Fund in Columbia County by the Columbia County Council on the Arts; and The Black Rock Foundation.

Families enjoy entertaining holiday show featuring music acts, clowns, and a visit from Santa, Mrs.Claus, and the elves.

5th Annual CAT KIDS HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR
Sat, Jan 2, 11am, “Imaguration”, 59 Main St, Chatham, NY
The day kicks off with CAT’s Kids Holiday Spectacular, featuring music, comedy acts, and a visit from Santa and the elves. Following the show, families are free to lunch down Main Street in Chatham, and then return so children can create a special holiday craft – theirs to keep – and then frolic all afternoon at Imaguration’s playground center. The two organizations are thrilled to combine their efforts to bring families and communities together across the county, providing young people opportunities to experience arts and crafts and the performing arts in a convenient, family-friendly environment. Columbia Arts Team (CAT) is a registered 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit arts corporation founded by Cummins, singer Christina Dellea, and comedy writer Sandy McKnight, all Columbia County residents. CAT is dedicated to nurturing original theater, music, comedy, and variety shows showcasing the best local talent. Imaguration offers creative activities, a sitter service, and theme parties for young people of all ages as well as an indoor playground.
