Haitian Earthquake Relief Efforts
We are all devastated by the ongoing news coming from Haiti. In an effort to raise money for the Red Cross, DragonFly Performing Arts is creating a “Recycle for Haiti” program. Recyclable cans and bottles with a redeemable deposit will be accepted at DragonFly Performing Arts Center at 473 Main Street, Cairo.
Bring your soda and other carbonated beverage containers on Thursday evenings from 5pm to 8pm or Sunday afternoons from 2pm to 5pm. Or you can call DragonFly’s office at 731-3340 for other hours by appointment.
Our volunteers will then recycle the cans and bottles with all proceeds going directly to the Red Cross’ Haiti Relief and Development program. Please help us to help others in need!
