“The Wedding Singer” Comes to the Colonial March 2 & 3

Posted by Gail M. Burns - February 2010

With a score that pays loving homage to the pop songs of the 1980s, The Wedding Singer takes us back to a time when hair was big, greed was good, collars were up, and a wedding singer might just be the coolest guy in the room. This show has been nominated for five Tony awards including best musical, best book of a musical, best original score, best actor in musical and best choreography and is based on the hit film starring Adam Sandler as Robbie Hart and Drew Barrymore as Julia. Dig through your closet for your best acid-washed jacket and try to win one of the nightly prizes for Best 80s Outfit and Best 80s Couple!

Tuesday, March 2 & Wednesday, March 3 | 7:30pm | Colonial Theatre | 111 South St., Pittsfield, MA | 413-997-4444 | A: $60 B: $35
