“35 Years of Mettawee: A Gallery Talk” at the Salem Courthouse

SALEM, NY (July 15, 2010) – Ralph Lee and Casey Compton, Artistic Director and Managing Director of the Mettawee River Theatre Company, will present “35 Years of Mettawee: A Gallery Talk,” Thursday, July 29, 2 – 3:30 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Historic Salem Courthouse, 57 East Broadway. An exhibition of selected masks and puppets that have animated the group’s three and one-half decades of public, outdoor performances in upstate New York and nearby Vermont and Massachusetts is currently on display (though July 30) at the Courthouse.

Admission to the July 29 lecture is free, but as space is limited to 20 participants, reservations are required and should be made by calling (518) 854-9357.
